Good if you like DIY, not for those wanting hand-holding
I was curious whether the WFHI sales and pre-purchase info would fully set my expectations of the software and services. In conversations, everything sounded flexible and promising, but the reality is you need to be comfortable navigating many parts independently. If you are someone who likes to ask many questions before buying or prefers hand-holding, the initial sales experience might feel light on detailed answers. The reps gave general info but left quite a bit for me to figure out during onboarding. On the other hand, if you’re a self-starter who appreciates a straightforward platform with solid telephonic support available when needed, this could work well. So basically, it won’t suit people wanting a fully guided process but fits those who want a good foundational product to build upon themselves.
