Good if you know what you want, not for everyone
Finding exactly what I needed during the WFHI sales and pre-purchase phase was mostly straightforward. The software features were clearly outlined, and the database capabilities seemed to match my work requirements well. That said, if you’re someone new to these kinds of tools or not very sure about the finer details, I don’t think this product would suit you easily. The sign up and payment process was simple enough, nothing to complain about there, and the information provided was direct — no fluff or complex jargon. But finding detailed answers to more specific questions felt like a bit of a scavenger hunt. The support team did respond promptly when contacted, but I didn’t find much dedicated upfront help during the sales talks. So, in short, the platform suits a confident person who can navigate some ambiguity and doesn’t require hand-holding. For those who expect a fully guided introduction or lots of demos, it may be frustrating. I’m giving it four stars because the essentials were clear and the process efficient, but not every kind of user will feel the same ease of understanding.
