Good if you know what you want, might be confusing otherwise
I initially thought the sales and pre-purchase process would be more straightforward, but it wasn't exactly as smooth as I expected. I was looking for clear info about the database and calling tools before buying, and sometimes the site or sales info was too general or scattered. I had to make a few calls to support just to clarify the details, which was okay but took extra time. If you're someone who is already familiar with remote workflow software, you might find it easier to get what you need here. But if you're new and want all answers upfront, this setup might leave you a bit uncertain or having to chase details. So overall it's a positive experience, but definitely not the most streamlined browsing or decision-making process. I think WFHI would suit customers who don't mind asking questions and comparing options themselves, not those wanting a quick all-in-one pre-purchase walkthrough.
