Good if you don't mind repetition at first
While working through the training sessions, there was one moment where I had to wait noticeably for a software update to finish before proceeding. That delay was a bit frustrating, but it gave me a chance to review previous material. The training itself included repeated exercises to reinforce key points, which might not suit everyone’s style but useful for thorough learning. I think this approach would suit someone who appreciates repetition to build confidence with software features. However, if you prefer moving quickly without waiting or repeating sections, this might feel slow. The onboarding was paced carefully with some pauses, so those comfortable with deliberate steps will benefit more. The dialer and database introduction arrived progressively, which helped avoid overload. For me, that blend worked well enough, but I would caution anyone expecting a fast, streamlined experience to consider the slower moments involved.
