Good ideas, but wording left me scratching my head

Looking back, I can definitely say the software had some good concepts like the calling tools and the database setup which could be really useful in theory. However, the problem I faced was with the wording and labels within the software and training materials. They often didn’t make much sense to me, and that caused quite a lot of frustration over time. For instance, some instruction steps used jargon or unclear phrases that felt confusing rather than helpful. Even the telephonic support sometimes seemed to assume I already understood certain terms when I actually didn’t. On the positive side, the invoicing process was pretty straightforward and automatic updates didn’t cause any issues, which was a relief. But overall, the confusing language was a big negative because it slowed down my progress and made it harder to get comfortable with the software. It’s a shame because the tools themselves seemed promising if only the communication had been clearer and better aligned with user needs.
