Good for users who are patient with some jargon
I would say the support and communication from WFHI suit someone who doesn’t mind taking a bit more time to understand the terminology and labels used. At first, I found the wording on some screens and in emails a little unclear, which made me hesitate before clicking certain buttons or making payment decisions. However, once I got used to their specific terms for parts of the software and database management, it became easier to navigate independently. Telephonic support was patient and explained things well once asked, but the initial learning curve could be frustrating if you expect everything to be perfectly straightforward. The invoicing and sign-up process was clear enough after a few uses, and the updates didn’t cause confusion. If you’re someone who appreciates detailed explanations and doesn’t mind checking in with support when stuck, this setup should work fine. But if you want very simple labels and every term spelled out in plain language, you might find it less immediately friendly to use without some guidance.
