Good for those who want structure, less so for quick decisions
From the start, I was clear about what kind of setup I wanted to handle, and the sales conversation reflected that. The sign-up process was straightforward with detailed invoicing making it easy to know what was involved logically. I explained my requirements several times to make sure I was getting a product that suited my remote workflow needs. The sales team answered questions consistently but there was less flexibility on personalized features, which might not suit someone wanting quick or custom solutions. The payment steps were easy, but the whole onboarding felt aimed at people prepared to learn carefully over time rather than jump in fast. I’m confident the software will support me, especially since the training looks structured to help small teams. But if you want rapid deployment without much learning curve, maybe look elsewhere.
