I've used the WFHI billing section a few times now, so I'm speaking from experience here. They don’t hide options or make you dig through layers, which is nice when you’ve explained this enough to yourself already. The sign-up process also felt streamlined for payments, though I can see this might suit those who prefer minimal back-and-forth. If you're someone who likes everything laid out clearly with no surprises and no chasing support repeatedly, this would probably be fine for you. But I wouldn’t recommend it if you expect a lot of customized help or complicated billing revisions because it’s mostly straightforward and doesn’t go into much detail beyond the basics. Overall, if you just want to get your invoicing sorted with some directness, the payment page got me through easily. There’s not much more to it once you’ve seen how it flows, and that works well unless your needs are more complex than the usual. Nothing flashy, just functional and quick.
