Good for those who take initiative, less so otherwise
I found the pre-purchase phase to be somewhat mixed because much of the exploration and understanding of the software and its functions came from working things out on my own. While there was some guidance, I had to do quite a bit of self-driven learning to feel comfortable with the calling tools and database features. This made me think the product suits those who are proactive and willing to spend time figuring things out before fully committing. It may not be as suitable for someone looking for hand-holding or a more guided experience. On the plus side, the interface design is clean, and training modules are there to help, but the initial sales communication didn't cover all the nuances. So, if you can invest effort upfront, you will likely find the product rewarding; otherwise, some users might feel adrift with limited structured support at the start.
