The billing and payment process was mostly straightforward and detailed, which I appreciate since I like knowing what’s going on. Signing up and generating invoices was pretty smooth, and the automatic updates kept me informed without needing much effort. There were a couple of moments where I was unsure about the payment schedule, so I did have to reach out to support. They were helpful, but it made me think I might need some assistance again next time. For someone confident with online payments and little need for extra help, this system would work well. If you prefer total independence in billing, you might find it less perfect but still manageable.
