I found the initial sales and pre-purchase phase reasonably helpful, especially because the software dashboard was quite straightforward to explore. There wasn’t a fully structured overview that would suit beginners seeking clarity on how to navigate every feature before purchase. The sign-up and payment areas were easy to handle once I decided to proceed. Overall, I’d say this software and training would suit customers who come with some background in remote software solutions or are comfortable with self-learning. It would not suit users who expect very simple and guided discovery and selling stages. The platform is structured but assumes a certain level of familiarity and confidence before starting.
