Good for those who don’t mind tech terms, less so otherwise
I noticed from the start that the way support and communication worked made a big difference depending on how comfortable you are with tech language. Support staff were quick to respond when I reached out, which is definitely a strongpoint. On the flip side, they often used labels and terms that felt quite technical, which I could understand but might throw off someone less familiar with software jargon. The calling tools and dialer were fine but the instructions sometimes didn’t feel very user-friendly if you haven’t used similar tools before. For someone who’s okay with figuring these things out and doesn’t get fazed by a bit of tech talk, the experience would be mostly positive. For people preferring straightforward, everyday language, it could get frustrating quickly. The sign-up process and the invoicing setup were the easiest parts, so if you’re just starting out, those won’t cause problems. I think this setup suits people who want to learn and can handle a technical environment without too much hand-holding. If you want lots of hand-holding or simple spoken instructions, you might find yourself stuck occasionally, which can be annoying. Overall, it’s a functional system, just keep in mind it might not suit everyone due to its communication style.
