Good for those who are patient but not for those who want instant help
I've found the telephonic support pretty helpful overall, but I'm not entirely sure if it would suit everyone. For someone like me who is willing to wait a little and figure things out with some guidance, it's been okay. They answer calls reasonably quickly, and the priority assistance is a plus when things get tricky. However, I can imagine if someone expects lightning-fast resolutions or very hands-on support at every step, they might feel frustrated. Sometimes, the explanations require a bit of back and forth, which is fine, but it does need some patience. I think the whole system, including automatic updates and the training, works best if you're somewhat self-sufficient. The invoicing and sign-up processes are clear, which helps reduce the need to call support, but for more complex issues, you'd have to be prepared to spend some time on calls. So I'd say if you're okay with occasionally working through problems yourself, this will suit you; if not, maybe look elsewhere or be ready to manage expectations.
