Good for those wanting steady progress, not speed demons
Honestly, I wasn’t expecting the training and onboarding to take as long as it did day to day. The initial setup was straightforward, but as I moved into using the calling tools and database features regularly, it became clear the learning curve was more gradual than I’d have hoped. Compared to some other platforms I’ve tried, with WFHI the updates and new features delivered during the course kept the process feeling fresh, rather than a one-off push. This means it’s best suited for those who like to build skills over time and appreciate ongoing improvement, rather than people wanting to get fully up and running in a couple of days with a big launch and no follow-up. For me, that slower approach meant I could really get comfortable with the software’s nuances and the telephonic support helped a fair bit along the way. So if you thrive under continual learning, this will suit you, but if you want instant mastery it might feel a bit slow.
