Good for those comfortable with some setup effort
When I first started with the WFHI training and onboarding process, I was curious about how much setup was just a one-time thing versus how much would need ongoing effort. From my experience, the initial setup took quite a bit of time — learning the software’s dashboard, understanding the workflow tools, and configuring the database to fit my needs. But after that, maintenance was pretty manageable. Updates happened automatically without much fuss, which I appreciated since I didn’t have to worry about manually downloading or installing patches. The training covered these points well, especially the part about using the dialer and calling tools effectively right from the start. For someone new to remote workflows who has the patience to learn, this works well. However, if you’re looking for a very quick, zero-hassle onboarding, you might feel a bit pressed initially. The onboarding felt structured and thorough but did demand some sustained attention. So, I’d say WFHI suits those willing to invest time upfront for a smoother ongoing experience, but maybe not those expecting instant plug-and-play. Overall, the balance between one-off and ongoing tasks was reasonable and matched the training content, leaving me confident enough to keep using the software without constant technical worries.
