Good for tech-savvy users, less so for beginners
The training and onboarding process was clearly designed with some experience in mind, so if you’re comfortable with software tools then you might find it straightforward enough. The wording and labels used throughout were often intuitive, but there were also points where ambiguous terms created confusion. For example, some navigation labels could have been clearer to speed up the learning curve. This might not be a big deal for people who learn quickly, but for those new to remote workflow software in general, it could feel a bit daunting. It’s not a poor system, just better suited for users who can navigate some unclear instructions or who prefer figuring things out independently rather than relying on guided hand-holding.
