Good for tech-savvy, might frustrate beginners
I started using the WFHI software with some optimism. The sign-up and invoicing process was fairly straightforward and I managed that part without needing to contact support. However, when I moved on to using the calling tools and the dialer, I ran into some problems. There were moments when the dialer just froze or didn’t connect as smoothly as I expected, which was frustrating. The database access worked alright but some parts of the interface seemed unintuitive. I tried looking for help but the telephonic support was hard to get immediate assistance from, which made me feel stuck at times. The training material covered certain features well but not all details. So, if someone is quite tech-savvy, they might be able to find their way around without much trouble. On the other hand, I feel someone new to these kinds of tools might need repeated help in using the software effectively. Also, I’m not sure if I would want to rely on support alone next time because the few delays in response weren’t ideal. That said, the automatic updates worked fine and didn’t complicate things. To sum up, it’s a mix — some parts run well but others could be smoother and better supported.
