Good for some, confusing for others: billing labels need clarity

From what I’ve experienced in the past few weeks using WFHI’s billing and payments, I can see it suits folks who are comfortable navigating slightly complex dashboards. The payment processing and invoicing mostly function as intended, and automatic updates keep things current without much hassle. On the other hand, the wording used in the billing section can sometimes cause confusion. Labels aren’t always intuitive—terms used for invoice status and payment options felt unclear, which made it harder to understand when payments were due or confirmed. I appreciate that customer support is available, but for those new to such systems, the learning curve might be a bit steep. So I would say this software is probably fine for users who have some prior experience with billing software, but less ideal for beginners who may need simpler instructions and clearer labels to avoid mistakes and frustration.
