Good for some but not for everyone
By the time I finished the training and began using the software regularly, I felt reasonably confident navigating most features like the calling tools and database. The automatic updates kept things improving, though occasional unexpected changes required adjustment. However, some aspects, particularly the invoicing process, seemed less intuitive and could benefit from clearer instructions, which might confuse newer users. In my opinion, this software would suit people who are fairly tech-savvy and can manage small surprises, but those who prefer very straightforward or hand-holding experiences might find it challenging. Overall, it offers a balanced set of tools but demands a bit of adaptability from its users.
