I found the billing and payment process functional but not without flaws. The invoices came promptly, which was good, and the payment methods available covered basics for me. However, I had to repeat some steps during the payment setup because the system didn’t save my preferences on the first try. Waiting for confirmation sometimes felt inefficient, especially when I had to cross-check the amounts later with the billing emails. This repetition was a bit tedious but didn’t completely derail my use of the software. I’d say the process does its job but could be improved to better suit users who prefer a seamless and fast payment experience. This would work fine for someone with straightforward invoicing needs but might frustrate users who expect more automated or advanced payment options.
