Good for self-starters, won’t suit those wanting hand-holding
I wouldn’t hesitate to say that this software and training setup is best suited for people who are confident in navigating new tools mostly on their own. The pre-purchase communication and sales process were clear and to the point but didn’t include a lot of hand-holding or detailed help. That’s fine if you are comfortable figuring out most of it yourself or have some prior experience with this type of workflow. If someone needs more guided assistance or hand-holding, they might find this a bit lacking. I expect that for my next cycle, I won’t require much help since I’ve already explored most areas on my own and with the training materials. So, in short, it’s straightforward and efficient but leans more towards independent users rather than those looking for a very supportive setup.
