good for self-starters, might test patience of others
Honestly the training was straightforward and mostly quick which is good if you just want to get on with it. I liked that the main concepts were clear but the occasional waits for support replies or repeated explanations when I got stuck were a bit annoying. It didn’t feel like there were too many repetitive steps but the pacing wasn’t very flexible. If you’re confident working things out on your own then you’ll probably manage just fine. But if you prefer step-by-step hand-holding or hate waiting around, this might be frustrating for you. The onboarding materials cover enough essentials, though a few parts could use clearer instructions to avoid back and forth. The dialer tool and database features worked well once I got a hang of them, but some time gaps between updates slowed me down occasionally. So in sum I would say it’s good for people comfortable with figuring stuff out independently and dealing with some delays, not so great if you expect quick, thorough training every time without any waiting.
