Good for self-starters, might not suit those needing more hand-holding
Reflecting on my sales and pre-purchase experience with the WFHI software, I ended up feeling moderately confident by the time I finished the process. Initially, the information provided during the sales phase helped me get a rough sense of what to expect, but some details felt a bit vague or not fully explained. I think if someone is quite independent and comfortable figuring out software workflows on their own, this service would suit them well because the sign-up and onboarding steps were fairly intuitive in the end. However, for a person who prefers more step-by-step guidance or wants a lot of upfront clarity before committing, it might be less ideal as some things had to be clarified through support calls after purchase. The invoicing and payment system was clear enough, but the process around some features like the database and dialing tools required hands-on exploring to understand how they fit with my workflow. So while the overall experience was not bad and I got used to it smoothly, I recognize it’s definitely better suited for those who are already somewhat tech-savvy and motivated to learn.
