I went through the onboarding and training sessions to get everything set up, and overall I’d say it was a decent experience. The guides were pretty helpful and the videos showed the main steps clearly, so I didn’t feel completely lost. But I did hit a few moments where I wasn’t sure if I was missing some detail, especially when configuring the dialer and connecting to the database. I found myself having to pause and review the materials a few times. The automatic updates were helpful but sometimes they changed the layout and I had to re-familiarize myself with the interface. Next time I onboard, I might want a bit of live support just to answer quick questions — something like a short call or chat instead of reading through docs again. It suited me okay because I’m comfortable experimenting and figuring things out on my own, but if you prefer very clear step-by-step assistance or are new to remote software, this might feel a little taxing. Overall, it’s definitely workable with some patience, so I’d say it fits well with users who are proactive and don’t mind self-teaching as they go along.
