Good for self-starters, maybe tough if you want full hand-holding

I was a bit unsure at first about the whole sales process because it wasn’t very guided. I mean, I got the basic info, but a lot of details I had to figure out on my own. For example, I wasn’t entirely sure how the training schedules would align till I went through some parts of the onboarding on my own. The sign-up was pretty standard, but some of the invoicing and payment details had me double-checking twice before I got comfortable with them. I think this would suit someone who’s confident with tech and doesn’t want a pushy sales approach. But if you’re looking for a very hand-holding experience, you might feel a bit left to your own devices. Still, once I understood how to use the calling tools and manage the database, things felt smoother. So, yeah, it’s great for the independent learner who’s okay working through the unknown a bit.
