Good for self-starters, maybe not for total beginners
By the end of the onboarding and training sessions, I felt reasonably confident about using the WFHI software and managing the various tools like the dialer and database features. The training materials were clear but aimed more at users who already have some basic familiarity with remote workflow software, so if you’re completely new, it might feel a bit fast-paced. The step-by-step guides and video tutorials were helpful in reinforcing what was taught, which boosted my confidence as I practiced what I learned. However, some areas, especially around advanced calling tool configurations, required additional self-study or support calls to really grasp. If you’re someone who prefers a hands-on approach combined with a bit of trial and error, this would work well. Conversely, if you want super detailed hand-holding per step, it might not suit you perfectly. Overall, I appreciated the practical focus of the training, and I think it’s designed for people who want to get up to speed quickly but are willing to invest some effort themselves to gain full confidence.
