Good for self-starters, less so if you want stepwise guidance

Reflecting back on the training and onboarding experience, I felt it was a mixed bag depending on what kind of learner you are. The sequence of steps made sense in a general way, but at times it seemed like some foundational information was assumed rather than explained. For someone who likes a clear, progressive order to follow, this might be a little frustrating. However, if you’re comfortable figuring out things as you go and have patience to explore settings, it works well. I appreciated how the database and calling tools features were introduced after a basic overview, giving me space to try the software hands-on. On the other hand, the documentation could have been more structured to avoid jumping between topics. In summary, the process suits those who can manage some ambiguity and are motivated to solve problems independently rather than those wanting a fully linear guide from start to finish.
