When I first looked at signing up, the sales process seemed reasonably ordered but sometimes felt a bit jumpy. The initial steps were clear enough, like the demo and basic info, but then the invoicing and payment bits came in without as much explanation as I would've preferred. In my opinion, that might suit someone who knows exactly what they're getting into and can navigate through the software details alone. On the other hand, if you want a more guided flow or if you’re new to remote workflow software, it might feel a little fragmented. Also, some parts like training were somewhat easier to understand once I dove in but the transition from sales to actual onboarding could feel abrupt. If you're independent and comfortable figuring things out, you'll probably be fine. But for anyone expecting a hand-holding approach during the purchase and setup, beware it might not meet your expectations. I’m kind of in the middle on this, recognizing both its strengths and points of friction in the steps.
