Good for self-starters, less so for those wanting full guidance
When I went through the training and onboarding, I found that there was a decent amount of information upfront, but the experience required me to figure out several details by myself. For example, while basic use of the dialer and database was demonstrated, deeper troubleshooting wasn’t covered extensively. I expected more structured walkthroughs or checklists to help avoid guesswork, but instead had to learn from trial and error at times. On the plus side, the core concepts were clear enough to get started without constant back-and-forth with support. If you’re comfortable exploring features independently or have some prior remote work experience, this might suit you. However, if you prefer hand-holding and detailed step-by-step onboarding, you might find this setup challenging. Ultimately, it balances some helpful guidance with a need to self-teach, which could be a pro or a con depending on your preferences.
