The WFHI software offers solid calling and database tools, but you really need to be comfortable figuring out workflows on your own. The training covers the basics and the setup steps, but it doesn’t hold your hand through every detail. If you’re someone who enjoys experimenting and learning as you go, this platform suits you well. However, if you prefer a guided, fully hands-on onboarding with tailored support throughout, it might not be the best fit. The sales discussions were clear about the general process, yet I found myself requiring additional time to work out how to optimize the dialer integration with my existing tasks. Automatic updates run smoothly in the background, which is good since it doesn’t add to your workload. Payment and invoicing are straightforward, so no worries there. Telephonic support is available, but it’s mostly reactive rather than proactive. I’d recommend this to people who are fairly independent with software and want a reasonably intuitive tool. Those expecting a seamless plug-and-play with constant hand-holding will probably want to look elsewhere or be ready to spend extra effort upfront.
