Good for self-starters, less ideal if you need hand-holding
I went through the training and onboarding for the software and overall I felt somewhat prepared by the end, but not entirely confident. The initial sessions efficiently covered the basic functions, which I appreciated since I could start using the calling tools and database features quickly. However, some parts of the onboarding felt rushed, and it wasn't always clear how the steps connected to my actual remote workflow. For instance, the dialer and telephonic support sections were introduced separately from the database training, making it a bit confusing trying to piece everything together. The automatic updates were explained clearly, but it took me some time to get used to the changes they brought to the interface. The onboarding flow assumes a degree of tech-savviness and self-direction, so I think it suits those who are comfortable figuring things out as they go. On the other hand, if you prefer structured hand-holding or very detailed support during training, this might not meet your needs fully. Signing up and invoicing went smoothly without issues, which was one positive aspect. So, while I did walk away with some confidence, there were definitely mixed feelings about how well the onboarding prepared me for day-to-day use.
