Good for self-starters, less ideal if you need constant help
The training and onboarding workflow is generally solid and aimed at users who can navigate some bumps on their own. I found that while the software was quite capable, the materials and tutorials struggled a bit to address errors or unexpected issues thoroughly. During setup, there were a few moments where the database feature didn’t behave as I expected, requiring me to dig deeper or contact support. Admittedly, the telephonic assistance was available and helpful, but slower than I’d like in some cases. If you prefer working independently and can handle troubleshooting, this will suit you well. However, if you rely heavily on comprehensive handholding or need very detailed explanations for every step, this setup might frustrate you. The onboarding flow lays out the steps logically, but the training didn’t always prepare me for things going wrong, which is a crucial aspect of remote workflow software. The invoicing and payment process was clear, which is important. Overall, this product is good but with the caveat that some patience and self-learning will be necessary for best results.
