Good for self-starters, less for those needing step-by-step guidance
I found the training and onboarding steps to be a mix of well-structured instruction alongside some sequences that felt out of order. For instance, the introduction to the core software features came early, which was great, but the database setup was introduced a little later than you might expect, after I had already tried to input data on my own. This made that part a bit confusing at times. The dialer and calling tool tutorials made sense in the order they appeared, giving me the chance to practice alongside watching the material. However, if you prefer an approach where you follow every step in a strict, linear path, this onboarding might feel a bit scattered. On the other hand, if you’re comfortable figuring things out as you go and revisiting content where helpful, this format worked well. So, it suits flexible learners who don’t need everything laid out strictly in sequence but might not be the best if you expect a very rigid step-by-step roadmap with no surprises.
