Good for self-starters, but wait times could be better
Reflecting back on the training and onboarding, I think it’s a solid program if you like to dive right in and figure things out with only some hand-holding. The sessions sometimes included repetitive explanations, which felt like a drag especially when I was ready to move forward faster. For example, the guide on using the calling tools was thorough, but I would have preferred a more streamlined pace or concise summaries rather than going over the same points multiple times. Waiting periods in between live training segments meant downtime that I ended up using for testing the software on my own, which worked well for me but might not suit someone looking for continuous interaction. That said, the onboarding materials were organized clearly, and I found it useful to refer back to recorded content as needed. Ultimately, I’d say the training suits independent learners who can handle some repetition and don’t mind small waits within sessions. If you prefer nonstop guided progression, this might feel a bit slow or frustrating. Still, it succeeds in giving a good foundation and eventual confidence with the tools provided.
