Good for self-starters, but might frustrate those expecting hand-holding

The training and onboarding experience with WFHI was generally positive and well-structured. As someone who prefers to learn systematically, I found the modules quite comprehensive and clear in explaining key functions such as the dialer setup and database integration. By the end of the training, I felt fairly confident navigating the software independently. However, there were instances where the pace felt a little fast, particularly when dealing with the automatic update features and workflow customizations. I think this could be challenging for users with minimal prior experience in remote workflow tools. The onboarding support was available via telephonic assistance, which helped clarify some doubts, although waiting times occasionally detracted from the smooth flow of learning. For individuals who are comfortable exploring software on their own and can absorb instructions at a brisk pace, WFHI’s training would be quite suitable. Conversely, those who anticipate ongoing, detailed hand-holding or slower-paced onboarding might find it less accommodating. Overall, once I got past the initial hurdles, I considered the training effective in building my confidence to use the software day to day.
