Good for self-starters but maybe confusing if you expect more guidance
I recently went through the onboarding and training with WFHI software. The explanations were generally clear enough, especially when it came to setting up basic workflows and using the database feature. I found the step-by-step instructions helpful in the beginning, which made the initial setup manageable without external help. However, when I reached the part about the calling tools and the dialer integration, some aspects felt a bit vague or assumed prior knowledge. The training seemed to skip over a few useful tips on optimizing calls or managing leads efficiently through the software, which I only figured out after trial and error a few days later. Automatic updates started rolling out midway through my usage; they didn’t disrupt my workflow, but I didn’t see much visible change at first. Onboarding was smooth overall with a user-friendly sign-up and payment process, plus the telephonic support was decent when I called with general queries, although some of my more detailed questions felt brushed aside. I think this product would suit people comfortable exploring software on their own and figuring things out as they go. If you're looking for very thorough guidance during training or expect detailed hand-holding, this might not be the best fit. I appreciated the clarity in most sections but felt the training could have been more comprehensive in covering all features clearly and in a more connected way. So it’s a mixed bag; useful, but with room for improvement on explaining advanced features.
