Good for self-starters, better explanations wanted for beginners
My overall impression is quite positive because the WFHI software is quite intuitive, but it certainly helps if you already have some experience with similar systems. The onboarding and training materials laid out the software's capabilities clearly enough to get me going, but I found some of the explanations around the database features a bit brief, making it less ideal for total beginners to remote work management tools. The call dialer and database prompter functions were straightforward to access once I had watched the training modules a couple of times. For users who prefer learning by doing without too much handholding, this system suits well. However, those who require step-by-step explanations might find the initial stages a little frustrating and will likely need additional support calls. Speaking of support, the telephonic help was responsive and polite, which partly made up for the steeper learning curve. Invoices were received promptly, and the sign-up was hassle-free, making setup uncomplicated. In summary, this software suits independent users who are ready to explore actively but might not be ideal if you want very detailed, introductory-level guidance right from the start.
