Good for self-motivated learners but not for everyone
Reflecting on my experience with WFHI's training and onboarding, I found the steps were mostly well organized and made sense in a logical sequence. The initial phases covered the basics clearly, which helped me get a solid foundation in using the software and understanding the workflows. I think it’s great for people who can learn independently and don’t mind exploring some features on their own. That said, the pace might be a bit fast or overwhelming for those who prefer more hands-on guidance. Some of the training labels and instructions could benefit from more examples and clarification, especially around the dialing tools and database syncing. The onboarding flow did introduce the key software components in a reasonable order, which I appreciated once I navigated past the initial setup. Ultimately, I’d say this training suits self-starters and tech-savvy users better than complete beginners. It was helpful overall, but a few tweaks could make it more inclusive for a broader range of learners.
