Good for self-directed users, less so for those needing answers fast
Reflecting on my experience with the WFHI platform, I’m a bit torn. At first, I wasn’t sure if the telephonic support was going to meet my expectations. The people I spoke to seemed knowledgeable but sometimes the communication wasn’t as quick as I had hoped. Over time, however, I became more comfortable navigating the software and using the calling and database features without needing much help. This was largely due to the training materials provided, which were helpful but occasionally lacked depth on some updates. If you’re someone who prefers to have direct, personal support immediately available, this might not be the ideal fit. It tends to work better if you can manage some trial and error yourself before reaching out. The invoicing and payment processes were reliable and consistent, which was definitely a positive aspect of the platform. While I do believe the software itself is competent, confidence in support varies depending on the context. In sum, I think it suits users who are comfortable with some level of independence and can manage a little ambiguity, rather than those who want assurance of instant assistance. I found the platform did offer value but it wasn’t perfect in making me feel always secure in how to proceed, especially during unexpected glitches or updates.
