Good for routine users, not for those needing swift fixes
After using the training and onboarding software day by day, I can say it’s a mixed bag. The initial setup was decent enough, though not without a few hiccups that I had to troubleshoot on my own. Once past that, the daily user interface mostly worked as expected, but some features seemed inconsistent across different modules. Calls through the dialer sometimes dropped unexpectedly, which disrupted workflow and required me to restart the software multiple times during the week. The database feature had potential to help manage contacts effectively, but the search function was not always reliable, making it hard to locate specific entries quickly. On the positive side, automatic updates did seem to improve performance over time, and the telephonic support was available when I genuinely needed assistance, though responses weren't always immediate. The onboarding steps aren’t very intuitive if you aren’t already familiar with similar platforms, which could deter newcomers seeking a seamless start. Overall, I’d say this setup suits users comfortable with some trial and error and those patient enough for occasional bumps, but it may not be the best fit if you're expecting flawless day-to-day performance without having to dig into troubleshooting frequently.
