Good for quick starters, not for time-rich beginners
The sign-up and initial software setup with WFHI was relatively quick and straightforward. Within a couple of days, I was able to get the dialer and database features up and running. The call tools helped streamline my workflow right from the start. However, this is probably only suitable for those who are already somewhat familiar with remote workflow software; if you’re new to this kind of setup, you might find some of the onboarding and training a bit rushed or sparse. The invoicing and payment processes were clear and handled smoothly, which I appreciated. The automatic updates rolled out consistently, ensuring the system stayed current without me having to intervene much. Telephonic support was available but I didn’t need to use it much myself. In summary, if you want to move fast and can manage minor gaps in training, it’s a solid choice. Otherwise, it might feel a little abrupt. Overall, it’s practical software with efficient basics but could use a bit more handholding for complete novices.
