Good for people who prefer some guidance, not heavy reliance

I initially thought the telephonic support would be more hands-on, helping me troubleshoot every step of the way as I got started. In reality, I had to figure out quite a bit on my own, especially regarding integrating the calling tools with my daily routine. Compared to other services I've used where support walked me through every minor issue, here it's more about having assistance available if you need it rather than proactive hand-holding. That suits me fine because I prefer working independently and just occasionally checking in with support when facing real blockers. However, if you expect a lot of direct help or detailed walkthroughs at every turn, this might not be the best fit. The updates to the software also come automatically, reducing the need for constant intervention. So, the experience is a balance: some self-sufficiency required, supported by accessible help when necessary. It’s a practical setup I’d recommend for users comfortable with a bit of exploration but who still want backup options at hand.
