Good for people who like to figure things out as they go

When I first started the training and onboarding with WFHI, I kinda appreciated how the steps were laid out, though I must admit, it wasn’t perfectly linear all the time. You get introduced to the software basics first, which makes sense before jumping into the dialer and calling tools. What threw me off a bit was the order in which the database features appeared; they came right before I felt fully comfortable with the calling functionalities, which made me circle back a few times. That said, I think this flow might suit someone who prefers exploring a bit and isn’t afraid to backtrack during the onboarding. For folks who want a rigid, step-by-step progression with no room to wander, it might not be ideal. Overall, though, after spending some days with it, I felt the onboarding came together and made more sense as I went along, even if I had to jump around now and then.
