good for people who like simple, not for beginners

Honestly the training and onboarding stuff was pretty confusing to me. The labels and wording made no sense most of the time and I kept wondering if I was missing some basic instruction. It seemed like they assumed too much, especially for someone who’s not used to technical terms or remote workflow tools. I don’t think this will suit beginners who need step-by-step guidance or explanations that don’t sound like jargon. Maybe if you’re already tech savvy or have worked with similar software, it might work better. But for someone like me, the flow didn’t help. The menus were labeled in a way that felt random, like “Initiate workflow” could have been called something more intuitive, you know? Also, during the onboarding, some steps felt repetitive but without clear context, so it was frustrating trying to figure out what to click next. It would be nice if they had a version with simpler, clearer wording or a tutorial that breaks down each section in more layman terms. I ended up just guessing instead of learning properly. So definitely something to consider — this training and onboarding seems better designed for those who already have some experience rather than someone starting fresh. I wish it was more user friendly honestly.
