Good for people new to this, not for those used to thorough setups

I tried WFHI's training and onboarding software after using a couple of other remote workflow tools before. Honestly, I was hoping for something smoother since the previous systems at least had step-by-step demos that matched real scenarios better. With WFHI, the onboarding felt a bit rushed and not as detailed as I expected. The training modules were fine in content but lacked the interactivity or personalized feedback I was used to elsewhere. It took a bit more guesswork on my part to get all the features to work properly, especially with the calling tools. However, I can see this software suiting people who haven't used such remote workflow software before and want straightforward steps without too much complexity. If you’re coming from more sophisticated products, you might find WFHI's training and onboarding a bit lacking in depth and customization. Overall, the experience was somewhat underwhelming compared to what I had used, though it did eventually get me familiar with the workflow concepts. So, for beginners this might be a decent start, but for those transitioning from robust competitors, not so much.
