Good for patient learners, not for quick starters

Onboarding with the training modules took way longer than I had anticipated. It’s clear the course is thorough, covering a lot of details, which is good if you want to understand every aspect of the software. But for someone just wanting to get up and running fast, this isn’t ideal. I appreciated the one-on-one telephonic support that was available, which helped me get through some sticking points, but the pace felt sluggish overall. The dialer function took some trial and error to master during the first few days of use. The initial setup itself was complicated enough that I had to revisit the onboarding several times over a couple of weeks. For those comfortable with slower processes and willing to put in the time, the comprehensive nature is a bonus. But if you want something quick and intuitive, this might not suit you. The database and calling tools are powerful once you get them working correctly, but getting there is the real challenge here. So, I’d say it’s usable, but the onboarding will test your patience.
