Good for patient learners, maybe not for fast movers
When I first started with the training and onboarding, I noticed some repetition in the sessions that felt a bit slow for me. The instructional pace wasn’t too fast but also had moments where I was waiting for the system to catch up or for an update to be applied before moving forward. This made me think it might suit someone who appreciates taking time to absorb everything carefully, but for someone like me who prefers a quicker flow, it was slightly frustrating. I was impressed by the way the training covered the basics and then built up to the dialer tools and database features. However, occasionally having to pause or repeat a module left me wondering if there could have been better automation or smoother transitions in their onboarding software. Despite that, the automatic updates kept the platform reliable once I got through the initial phase, and the telephonic support helped clear up some questions. All in all, this training approach seems to be designed with beginners in mind, or those who don’t mind frequent pauses and repetition during setup. If you’re comfortable with that style, this will work well, but if you prefer a rapid onboarding with minimal waiting, it might not be ideal for you.
