Good for patient beginners, but not the fastest
I was expecting the sales and pre-purchase process to be a bit quicker overall, but I suppose that’s partly on me. The sign-up itself was pretty fast and painless, so that was nice. However, after registering, it took longer than I anticipated to actually get everything working as intended. The onboarding sessions explained things well enough but stretched over several days, which made me feel like I was waiting longer to start using the core software and tools. For someone who wants immediate use and a simple start, this might be frustrating. That said, the detailed training and multiple support calls were helpful to understand the calling dialer and database features better. So, if you’re patient and okay with a slower setup in exchange for thoroughness, this should suit you well. But people needing speed and less fuss will likely find it doesn’t fit their style.
