Good for organized users, confusing for those needing clear steps
The support communication is a mixed bag here. The instructions given were clear individually, but the order in which the steps were suggested didn’t always make sense. For example, I was sometimes advised to set up the dialer before fully understanding how the database integration worked, which threw me off. It felt like I had to jump around modules rather than follow a smooth, logical sequence. While telephonic support was available and overall helpful when I called, I felt the guidance could be structured better to avoid confusion. The onboarding training touched on most features but didn’t tie them together in the way I needed to flow through tasks efficiently. On the bright side, payment and invoicing were easy to handle, and software updates were automatic and non-disruptive. This system works best if you are comfortable piecing things together on your own or have organized ways to document steps yourself. If you want a hand to hold through each stage with clear, linear guidance from start to finish, this might not suit you as well. The overall experience left me somewhat frustrated with the order of communication more than with the content — definitely a case of better sequencing needed for smoother learning.
