Good for organized users, confusing for some others
The training and onboarding felt like it was a mix of well thought out instructions and some labels that left me scratching my head. For example, the labels on the database features sometimes used jargon that wasn’t immediately clear without extra background reading. On the other hand, calling tools and dialer tutorials were straightforward and well based on a step-by-step approach. The sign-up process itself felt simple enough, but sometimes the navigation back and forth to check invoices could be a bit confusing, with overlapping tabs and similar wording in menus. It left me wondering if this system would mostly suit people comfortable with remote workflows and software platforms, but for others maybe it could feel overwhelming or unclear. I do appreciate that the updates seemed automatic and unobtrusive, which is a relief because I wouldn’t want to get stuck needing manual installs midstream. So, overall, the clarity is hit or miss depending on what part you’re focusing on, which is a bit of a mixed experience for me.
